聖公會麥理浩夫人中心的長者義工，早前來到學校為本校學生的祖父母舉辦了「祖輩工作坊」。祖父母們於工作坊中，學習了一些縫紉技巧，以及教授小朋友的方法。完成工作坊後，祖父母們更走進課室，親身把自己學到的縫紉技巧，分享給我們的U3同學們，一起動手製作多款縫紉作品。長輩義工們都非常細心指導小朋友完成作品，小朋友們亦能夠耐心地聆聽長輩的教導。在互相交流和創作的過程中，能夠看到了長輩們與小朋友之間跨代合作的成果！
The elderly volunteers from the H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre came to the school and organized a “Grandparent’s Workshop” for the students’ grandparents. In the workshop, grandparents learnt sewing skills and teaching methods for children. After completing the workshop, grandparents went into the classrooms and shared what they had learnt with our U3 students, and made a variety of sewing products together. The elderly volunteers were very patient in guiding the children to complete the products, and the children were also able to listen to the elders’ instructions patiently. In the process of mutual exchange and creation, we could see the results of cross-generational collaboration between the elders and the children!
