新雅出版社與著名兒童文學作家嚴吳嬋霞女士於香港書展舉行和平教育講座。嚴吳嬋霞女士分享了她撰寫和平教育繪本《小青蛙愛和平》的創作心得，目標是透過小青蛙的故事，引導孩子們明白和平的意義，並學習做一個和平小使者。除此之外，歌唱家吳玉芯女士亦於活動中帶領孩子們一起唱和平歌曲。
活動當天，很榮幸本校的老師們被邀請於講座中，向到場的家長們分享如何在學校及日常生活中實踐和平教育。講座結束後，現場還提供了多樣的和平主題體驗活動，包括和平托盤和和平桌子等，讓孩子們能夠親身感受和平，從遊戲中體驗到好情緒。
Sun Ya Publications (HK) Ltd and Famous Children’s Literature Author Mrs Irene Yim Ng Seen-ha held a peace education lecture at the Hong Kong Book Fair. Mrs. Yim shared her creative insights on writing the peace education picture book “Little Frog Loves Peace” to guide children to understand the meaning of peace through the story of the little frog and learn to be little ambassadors of peace. In addition, singer Ms Ng Yuk-shum Sandra also led the children in singing peace songs during the event.
On the day of the event, we were honoured that our school’s teacher was invited to the lecture to share with the parents how to put peace education into practice in school and daily life. After the lecture, various peace-themed experiential activities were also on-site, including peace trays and tables, allowing the children to experience peace and good emotions through play.
